
My Story
I'm Terese Hunersen. I learned about the healing power of food and lifestyle changes when I suddenly developed inflammatory arthritis and experienced chronic pain in every joint from my neck to my toes. Even though I believed I had a healthy diet, it was not the diet my body needed. I began my journey back to health after making alterations to the way I eat. Learning about the foods that could help me remedy my inflammation was vital for my healing process. By making these changes to the way I eat, I could say goodbye to my pain and feel like my best self again.

Channeling my passion for the effects of diet and lifestyle changes, I earned a post-graduate diploma in nutritional therapy and qualified as a registered nutritional therapist so I could support you on your health journey.

Now it is my mission to guide and support you to make the meaningful changes that can make a real difference, so that you can wake up each morning ready to take on the day without the anxiety and stress that often accompanies chronic health conditions. I want you to feel in charge of your body and thrive again.

What else should you know about me? I understand the stresses that can come with daily life, having experience as a working mom and developing chronic conditions later in life. When not looking at the science of nutrition, I enjoy the art of cooking, and searching for recipes that appeal to my family, and my clients.

Based in London for over eight years, I offer my services to clients around the globe through one-to-one consultations via zoom.
