How We Work Together

Your health journey begins when you book a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to talk about your symptoms, health challenges and goals.  We will discuss how I can help you and decide which programme is best for you.  You also have an opportunity to ask questions and make sure we are the right fit for each other.

I will send you an in-depth health and lifestyle questionnaire and a 3-day food diary to complete before your first session.  Having a thorough understanding of your health history and current diet and lifestyle helps me address the root cause of your condition and tailor a comprehensive plan to your needs.

Recognizing that change is not always easy, we will have follow-up sessions to assess your progress, provide support and adapt your plan.  I have a wide range of tools to help you regain your health but ultimately there is no such thing as a ‘textbook case’ so your journey will be unique to you.
